Will you be restocking 'SOLD OUT' items?

 

Yes, all of the items listed will be restocked.  

 

Please check back in a few weeks to see if the item you are interested in is available.  

 

We will be adding an option to register your interest shortly so you will receive an automatic email once an item has been restocked :)

 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

 

Orders are normally processed and posted within 1-3 business days (unless we have a sale and we ask for your patience while we work like crazy getting them all ready!)

 

After your order is processed, please allow 2-5 days within Australia and between 1-3 weeks for International.

What if my order takes longer to arrive?

 

Please be patient (especially if we have just had a SALE as this can delay processing)!

 

Also, orders do sometimes get held up along the way by Mr Postman, but it is coming :)

Do I have to pay customs?

 

In some countries, yes you do :)

What if my ring doesn’t fit, is faulty or I’ve changed my mind?

 

We offer FREE Returns :)

 

Please email us your order details to returns@indieandharper.com and we will sort this out for you as soon as possible.

Can I add ‘Express’ or ‘Tracking’ to my order?

 

Yes you can :)

 

We only offer Express Postage for Australian orders only (as International Express Postage is sooooo expensive and we can’t guarantee it will arrive any quicker!).

 

We also provide Tracking for Australian and International Orders.  You will be able to select this option at checkout (just before you finalise payment).
