If you believe your item is faulty, please contact email@example.com with your order number and reference photo.
After inspection, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item(s).
- All faulty items are eligible for replacement, store credit or a refund up to 90 days after the order was originally received
- If your item is deemed faulty, your shipping costs to send the item back to us will be organised by a member of our Returns Team
- Please note, if your ring has been taken to a jeweller to be altered in any way, your warranty will become void.
Returned items must include a completed Product Returns Form. If you do not have access to a printer, we will accept it handwritten as long as all of the requested information has been provided.
