What we are doing?

Here at i and h HQ we are currently operating under the Victorian Government Advice.
We are still 100% operational and working under our COVID SAFE PLAN as we adhere to Stage 4 restrictions due to COVID19. This includes but is not limited to:

  • wearing face masks and gloves
  • using hand sanitiser
  • physical distancing (keeping 1.5 metres away from one another)
  • working from home when possible
  • office cleaning schedule
  • hand and cough hygiene

Is it safe to be receiving online orders?

The World Health Organisation have confirmed that that there is a low likelihood of the virus being transmitted through packages or letters, so shopping online remains safe.

How will this affect my order? 

As we will be operating with minimal staff and only be in-office for the purpose of fulfilling orders, orders will take an additional business day to be sent.

This means, if your order was placed before 7:30 AM AEST today, it will be sent the following business day.

How will this affect my return? 

Our team is taking every opportunity we can to handle all orders and returns with the utmost care. In keeping with the new restrictions put in place, and in our effort to be as safe as possible, we will be spraying each parcel with disinfectant spray and will be keeping each return in a quarantined area until 14 days have passed, since receiving the return.

This is to ensure any bacteria that may have arrived on the parcel will be dead before processing an exchange, or opening the parcel for a refund or store credit.

You will still be notified when your return has been received, and in this email, we will let you know when your return will be processed.
