We no longer offer international express shipping.

🚚 Delivery Delays
Once shipped, delivery may be affected by weather, customs, peak seasons or postal system delays.
Indie and Harper cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
❗ Lost or Missing Parcels
A parcel cannot be declared missing until 30 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) have passed.
If your parcel appears lost, email sales@indieandharper.com.
🏡 Incorrect Address Policy
We cannot update addresses once orders are dispatched.
Indie and Harper is not responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
